GATE GOURMET & partners, the biggest kitchen in Switzerland, is ready for take off on a journey of culinary seduction. The Air il TAVOLO kitchen party kindly asks its passengers to shift their senses to the highest possible gear for the First Class flying dinner.
We are inviting you to check-in for all 14 kitchen destinations created by our star pilots – headed by your Maître de cabine Oliver Fischer, Director Culinary Excellence GATE GOURMET – and prepared at the cooking stations. We also recommend you try the food from the mobile gourmet trolleys created by our star chefs during the Flying Dinner. You can also look forward to an exceptional sneak peek behind the scenes of Switzerland’s biggest kitchen.
Entertainment on board is provided by our drumming chefs and their high-energy kitchen percussion show. Once again, our celebrity cooking team has accepted the jump seat challenge to demonstrate their cooking talents – so prepare for the announcement: “Kitchen party – ready for take off!”
