They are fast. They create culinary highlights and set the pace at full speed. Our chefs of the il TAVOLO host hotels are the “dashing chefs”. They whirl around the kitchens while whipping up haute cuisine menus at the speed of light. After each course, they change host hotels and race to their next kitchen destination. They are entertaining and funny and never fail to thrill their audience when dashing from one stove to the next, creating an exquisite haute cuisine five course meal from a selection of given ingredients and spicing them up with their show.
