Since May 2009, Alexander Kroll is the Executive Chef de Cuisine in the heart of Zurich’s historic district. He spoiled the tastebuds of Schumi & Co. as Executive Chef of the Formula One in Monaco and now conjures equally racy his aromatic cuisine on the dinner tables of the Widder Hotel. “To complement the new with the established” is Kroll’s motto and thus his style roots in the distinguished fine-dining of the Swiss cuisine, integrating with skillful finesse Mediterranean and Asian elements.
